Kerrisdale Flower Pots & Gardens

I walked to and from Kerrisdale Village today several times for appointments and on errands.  The flower pots in the passage way through from  London Drugs to 41st is filled with lovely blooming flower pots:

I love the mixture of the plants: perennials with green, red or variegated leaves mixed with brightly coloured annuals. Our complex wants to improve our flower pots next year, so these will be good examples.

And then some of the condo buildings have gorgeous flower displays in their gardens.  Here is one of my favourite gardens located at Govenor's Point at 42nd & Yew:

The gardeners have used mass plantings to emphasize the colour displays. Some good tips here too.
