Chris Passes Exams

My nephew, Chris, has passed his exams and has been certified as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. He has been working with his Dad for over two years at Ken Rowan & Associates Inc. and qualified for his license within two years which is fabulous! Way to go Chris, Neil and I are so proud of you!

A Licensed Insolvency Trustee is the new name for the former "Trustee in Bankruptcy" and the designation is "LIT".  LIT's are licensed by the Federal Superintendent of Bankruptcy under the Federal Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act.
